In-Person Programs

STROLLER fitness

Our Stroller classes are a great way to get out of the house, get some exercise and make new friends. An encouraging and supportive environment means that women can work out at their own pace AND tend to their baby when needed. Babies are often fed, soothed or changed during class in between mom’s exercises!


Babywearing fitness

Our Babywearing Fitness class is popular for people who want to work out with their babies.

Each class is a full body workout designed to improve core strength, burn fat and build muscle. Exercise without the guilt, meet other moms in the community and have FUN!


Live, Online Programs

prenatal online

Both our Prenatal Fitness and Prenatal Yoga classes focus on improving muscular balance, cardiovascular endurance and core stability, so that our pregnant members feel more energetic and strong throughout their pregnancy.

Active and healthy pregnant people go into labour with an advantage that helps them endure the physical demands of delivery.


Express Strong

Our Live, Online Express STRONG classes are the perfect way to fit in your workout from the comfort of your own living room - no commute necessary! These are 30 minute, circuit style classes that focus on all the major muscle groups to build strength & endurance. This low-impact class is perfect for all levels of fitness, especially people in early postpartum. Our instructors always offer options to increase the challenge as you progress. It’s a perfect class for those who want to wear a baby, or have a babe in arms.


Express ELEVATE

Our Live, Online Express ELEVATE class is great for people who are back to work or who are interested in a workout without babies. This quick paced class is your chance to ELEVATE your effort and be a bit uncomfortable during your 30 minutes with us! You might see higher impact exercises in this class, but we’ll always give modification for a low impact option. We’ll focus on cardio, core and strength using various types of classes (think loop bands, chairs, steps or stability balls).


FIT to run Strength Series

Running can be one of the easiest activities for a new parent to do with their baby! But, a body that’s recently birthed a baby will likely need some help to prepare it for running again.

We’ve got you covered with our FIT to Run Series of Strength Training classes designed for people who are fully recovered from their birth and ready to get back to (or start!) running.


On-Demand Workouts

Pre-recorded Workout Videos

Our content library of on-demand pre-recorded workouts is a great way to workout when the time is best for you. Have your family join in or do it on your own after the kids are in bed - it’s your choice!

There are over 80 workouts in our library ranging from quick 10 minute workouts to longer 40 minute workouts. Choose from full body or targeted workouts, mobility, agility, strength or HIIT workouts. Prenatal workouts and baby-wearing friendly workouts can be found here as well.

FIT FAMILY

Fitness for the whole family!

We are currently not offering any FIT Family classes at Fitmama Strong Ottawa, but our members are encouraged to attend any of our live-online classes along with their family members. Partners and children are always welcome to join in - we love the example you’re setting when your babies see you exercising together!
