Meet Sara. Sara has been attending FITMOM classes for a little more than a year now and I couldn't have been more thrilled when she joined! In just a short time, she has become one of my most dedicated FITMOMs - she's attended a whopping 210 classes in a little over a year!! I've thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Sara and watching little Charlotte grow into a walking, talking and all over sweet toddler. I love that Sara has made fitness a priority in her life, so much so that she often checks in to find out what my upcoming schedule will be so that she can put it into her calendar first. Q:What keeps you coming back?

The great workout in a really supportive environment. Even when my baby needs to eat during half the class, I still feel like I got a workout.

Q:What is your favourite FITMOM class?

The Saturday morning FITMOM/FITWOMAN class with Chantal. I want to show my baby the importance of a healthy lifestyle and we will be able to continue to go to this class together for years to come.

Q:What’s the exercise you love to hate?

Burpees. I know it’s a good whole-body workout but having to do more than one is so difficult!

Q:What’s the biggest benefit you’ve received from attending FITMOM Classes?

How good I feel. No matter how tired I felt before the class, I feel energized afterwards.
