Meet Sara. Sara's been coming to FITMOM classes for a little more than a year and has fully embraced our FITMOM family. We love that she's so committed to living her healthiest life and that she's so happy to share it with her daughter. When she went back to work a few months ago, she left a gap in our daytime classes, but we were more than happy to see her in all of our evening classes!
Are you looking for ways to stay fit during your pregnancy? The summertime heat and humidity can be hard to deal with when you're pregnant, so here are some other options you can consider to help you stay in shape when you're working on growing a baby during the summer!
Meet Kim. She's been coming to FITMOM classes since my first round of summer classes in the park. I love that she lived in the neighbourhood, saw my poster and came to check it out. With the exception a few weeks to she took to recover from the birth of her second baby, she's been one of my most consistent attendees. She has also been one of my biggest cheerleaders almost from the day I met her:)
Today's Member Spotlight is Stephanie. Steph arrived at the FITMOM 2B class about 2 1/2 years ago and has been a dedicated FITMOM ever since. She's been so committed to her fitness and well being that I was lucky to see her multiple times a week during her maternity leave. I love having her in my classes!
