Live, Online Fitness Classes

Our Live, Online Fitness classes are similar to our in person classes, except they are completed from the comfort of your own home! We offer your favourite programs online in the form of 30 minute Express Classes. You'll still find our signature moves along with an encouraging and supportive environment. You'll work at your own pace and are free to tend to your baby when needed, whether it's to feed, change or soothe them. 

Just like our in-person classes, you'll get a full body workout designed to improve your core strength, burn fat and build muscle. You can expect to see leaner arms, toned legs and smaller waistlines (when you’re not in our prenatal classes)! Join us for our babywearing friendly Express STRONG classes or our more challenging Express ELEVATE classes.

We'll do a variety of baby-wearing and non baby-wearing exercises during our Express STRONG classes, so a structured carrier, mai-tai or non-stretchy wrap is recommended for our mom and baby classes.

On-Demand Workouts

In addition to Live, Online classes, we’ve been working hard to bring you pre-recorded workout videos through our content library. The great thing about these videos is that you can still get great our great workouts, but you can access them at a time that’s right for you! We have over 80 pre-recorded videos in our collection to choose from:

  • Stroller fitness workouts

  • 10, 20 and 30 min workouts

  • Kid friendly workouts

  • Prenatal Approved workouts

  • Lives classes that have been recorded

Access to our content library is available with the purchase of our Unlimited Class Passes, our in-person series passes and with the purchase of our Prenatal Fitness Series.
