First time users: Please create an account and download our FITMOM Ottawa app from the Apple Store or from Google Play so that you can see your account, reserve your classes, add classes to your calendar, check to see how many classes you have remaining on your pass or purchase more classes!
Once you've created your account, you can either register for our FITMOM prenatal series or purchase a class pass for our other FITMOM and FITWOMAN classes. Please review our policies before making your purchase.

Enjoy the benefits of regular exercise during pregnancy and join us for our pre-registered FITMOM 2B Prenatal Series. Can't commit to the a full Series? There are a limited number of Drop-In passes available each week, on a first come, first served basis. Please contact us if you would like to join a series after the start date.
Class passes may be used at any of our FITMOM and Baby, FITMOM Stroller Strength, FITWOMAN or FIT Family classes. Once you've purchased your class pass, please use the schedule to reserve a space in the class you would like to attend.
If you've never tried a FITMOM class, join us for our 3 class introductory offer and try it out! This class is for new to FITMOM clients only. Your pass is good for any FITMOM & Baby, FITMOM Stroller Strength, FITWOMAN or FIT Family class on the schedule and is valid for one month from your purchase date.
Once you've purchased your class pass, please use our schedule to reserve your space in the class(es) you'd like to attend.

Meet Sara. Sara's been coming to FITMOM classes for a little more than a year and has fully embraced our FITMOM family.
